  Sharlene was so easy to deal with. Communication was easy. The balloons were amazing. Much bigger than I expected. Delivery was on time and Sharlene and partner were lovely. Highly recommend.

  I would highly recommend Dial a Balloon for your balloon needs as they were so helpful and professional in helping organise balloons for my partner's birthday. They communicated well and worked around my schedule as well as provided a timely delivery. They were so easy to work with and friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

  Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service, friendly and professional communication and prompt delivery of a magical bunch of balloons delivered to our youngest grandson in Perth for his 1st Birthday, watching on video from here in Victoria, the excitement on his face seeing his balloons was fantastic.

  I would really highly recommend this company. The balloons they supplied for a first birthday were fantastic but as well as that the service was both extremely friendly and efficient. I was kept fully updated on the status of the order, my sister who was receiving the balloons was contacted prior to delivery to ensure someone would be there. She also commented on how lovely the delivery person was. Overall a fantastic experience and a company I would not hesitate in recommending.

  Amazing service, great people, great prices and willing to help out at very short notice. I will never use any other balloon company again other than this one!
  
  Im so sorry but I did not catch the name of the lovely lady I spoke to this morning but I need to say a huge THANK YOU!!!!
  
  The service I have received today was impeccable, you listened to my frantic request for urgent balloons, calmed me down, made me have a giggle and your prompt delivery (less than 2 hour turn around), as promised, assisted in finishing off my Moon Landing primary school library display beautifully on top of all that the gorgeous Astronaut and stars you gifted me was just OUT OF THIS WORLD!!
  
  Now that I have had a minute to collect my thoughts I have also realised that you are local to me personally so not only have you gained a professional customer for life but also a personal one, I will happily be promoting you to friends, family and the 4 sporting clubs that I am heavily involved with (which I have already done)
